From over a decade in ecology to a career in data science, no matter the subject matter, I have always been passionate about using machine learning, statistics, and experimentation to turn big ambiguous questions into actionable insights.
My current work with the Grammarly Enterprise Growth team involves identifying levers for account acquisition, expansion, and retention. Our goal is to delight and inspire our users by making an indispensable product with a frictionless user journey.
Teaching and communication have always been passions of mine - whether it's teaching farmers about bees and pollinators during my PhD or explaining the results of an experiment to execs and PMs at Grammarly - I love telling stories with data.
